First, a caveat: we first designed this blog specifically for our heeler mixes. I have tried diligently to limit posts and pictures to those involving these dogs in some way. We have allowed for other topics occasionally (always at Michelle's insistence and in the interest of marital harmony). Now, however, we find ourselves in a quandary; Hallee's new addition, Olivia (born the same day as Hallee!). After thorough and exhaustive research I have determined that Pembroke Welsh Corgis are, in fact, cowdogs. They may have embarrassingly short legs, but they rank just behind Australian Cattle Dogs (heelers) in intelligence, and have the herding instinct. Therefore be it proclaimed that they are welcome on this site.
