Chelly and Simba made a whole bunch of new friends today as Michelle took her Environmental Rhetoric class on a hike to visit the Sandia Man Cave. Dogs really like people who aren't afraid of getting their hands (clothes, faces hair, etc) dirty, and this group of grad students definitely got dirty, some of them spending an hour in the bowels of the earth. Others (more intelligent by human standards) chose instead to search for Ross' geocache hidden at the site.
Then it was back to the house for a great pot luck and elopement celebration for Erin and her husband Josh. Note Simba is being helpful licking up the champagne spilled on the porch in the last picture.
